Having worked in the best restaurants across Australia, Serkan has refined his cooking technique to create dishes with unique and robust flavours.

Serkan achieved nationwide recognition by being named as 1 of 7 National Finalists in the Appetite for Excellence 2019 Young Chef of the Year competition.
